ELY, Circuit Judge. Appellant Mann instituted this action in the District Court on December 22, 1966, under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C.
§ 1346(b), to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained on April 9, 1960. The District Court granted
the Government's motion to dismiss upon the ground that the action was barred by the applicable statute of limitations. 28
U.S.C. § 2401(b). Mann appeals. Our jurisdiction rests upon 28 U.S.C. § 1291.
